The hotel rooms appear to be smaller than the standard room we previously had, which wasn't ideal as we were sharing the room with our two small children. Despite needing a renovation, the room was comfortable with much-needed air conditioning.
The hotel had smaller rooms than expected for a family stay, but the staff was welcoming and friendly. The location was convenient for sightseeing, but the dining area could be improved with more comfortable seating. Overall, a decent stay for the price.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, although my room had not been made up for 4 days, which was not a big deal. The service provided by the staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful, but it seemed like some of them were still learning how to run a hotel. The location was very nice and comfortable, close to restaurants in the area, but the surroundings outside the hotel were marked by 'design' rather than comfort. The dining experience was one of the highest priced we've paid for, but unfortunately not worth the money due to a badly configured restaurant and mediocre food. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were adequate for my needs.
